Anyone, who’s ever been to Delhi and has tasted the Delhi Street Food,
would always get a sudden burst of flavor in their mouth by just
remembering those delicious meals.
Delhi, India’s capital, is definitely the capital of India’s food flavor too. A
city offering multi-cuisine, in its own form as well as in the Indianized
form. So many options to choose from. No other city can match the
flavors that Delhi has in its food. From North to South – You have every
dish available to you at every nook and corner.
Growing up, exploring the streets of Chandni Chowk / Sadar Bazaar,
Connaught Place with my father, a definite stop was for either chhole
bhature, idli sambhar, or chaat and golgappas.
Fast Forward to now – away from Delhi, trying to find that authentic
Delhi Taste in this foreign land, but in vain.
Here I am, Re-creating Delhi-cacies and sharing it with anyone who’s
ever in search of some Flavor in their Food
