Ingredients

  • Minced Beef – Lean -1lb

  • 1 small onion – chopped

  • 1 small tomato- chopped

  • 1 egg – whisked

  • Salt – to taste

  • Red chili powder / paprika – to taste

  • Chaat Masala (optional) – 1 tsp

  • Dhania powder / coriander powder – 1/2 tsp

  • Garam masala (optional) – a pinch

  • Ginger Garlic (GG) paste – 1 tbsp

  • Turmeric powder (optional) – a pinch again

  • Fresh / Dried Mint leaves – if fresh chopped

  • Fresh / Dried Cilantro leaves – if fresh chopped

  • Green chili (optional) – chopped

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients. Knead and bind them together.
  • Take Lemon sized balls and flatten them
  • Heat your pan
  • Drizzle Ghee or Oil (of your choice)
  • Place them and cook them on Medium heat – Uncovered
  • Flip every 5-7 minutes
  • Kebabs are ready in about 15 minutes Enjoy with naan, bread or as a tortilla wrap filling with your favorite salad, dips and chutney 🙂
